Information About Minor Clients

Where Living Connects provides services to a client under the age of 18 ("Minor Client"), we collect personal and care-related information about that Minor Client — such as name, age, care needs, and health-related information relevant to the care plan — directly from, and only with the consent of, the Minor Client's parent or legal guardian. This information is used solely to deliver, coordinate, and document the care services requested for the Minor Client, and is subject to the same safeguards described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a Minor Client without the involvement and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

•       Information collected automatically through your use of our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via standard analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

•       To evaluate caregiver applications, including coordinating required background checks and reference verification.

Disclosures Required by Law

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, Living Connects may disclose information about a client, including a Minor Client, without additional consent where required by law. This includes disclosures made in connection with Georgia's mandated reporting laws (O.C.G.A. § 19-7-5), under which our caregivers and staff are legally required to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) or local law enforcement.

•       Government or regulatory agencies, where required by law or Georgia PHCP licensing obligations.
