Living Connects was founded on a simple belief: growing older or recovering from illness shouldn't mean losing your independence or your sense of home. What began as one family's search for compassionate, reliable care for a loved one has grown into a trusted home care agency serving families across Georgia.

Today, our licensed, background-checked caregivers walk alongside seniors, adults with disabilities, new mothers, and families in every stage of recovery — bringing not just skilled support, but genuine companionship into every home we serve.

Our team includes Dr. Damilola K. Afolabi, a Georgia-licensed acupuncturist (Lic. #612) with a Master's degree in Nutrition, bringing clinical wellness expertise to our home care services.

Dr. Damilola K. Afolabi

Georgia-licensed acupuncturist — License #612, Georgia Composite Medical Board, active through 08/31/2028 — and holder of a Master's degree in Nutrition. Provides our acupuncture and nutrition counseling services.

Acupuncture and nutrition counseling are professional clinical services distinct from our non-medical PHCP-licensed home care offerings, and are provided under separate professional licensure.
